Simon Rostant, Boris Punch and Selwyn Brooks (posthumously). In recognition of valuable supporters of the College, we saw it fit to launch an Outstanding Service Award, of which Mr. Neil Chan earned after leading the Sea Scouts Troop for a number of years. The Ravindra Ramrattan Award and Fund was also launched to emulate Ravi’s character of giving and helping the less fortunate.”
