Proposed Constitutional Changes

According to Art 9.1, any member is welcome to propose constitutional changes at any general meeting once notice is given 28 days prior to the secretary (Art 9.1) and 14 days prior to the membership (Art 9.2).  To be brought into force changes must receive a 3/4 majority vote at the General Meeting. (Art 9.3).
